Szechwan Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in wok or possibly heavy large skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add in chicken and garlic; stir fry till chicken is opaque.
  4. Add in soy mix and stir fry 30 seconds.
  5. Fold in green onions and serve immediately with rice.
