Sausage and Peppers

• 5 red bell peppers, quartered, seeded
• 5 yellow bell peppers, quartered, seeded
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• 3 pounds link hot Italian sausage
• 3 pounds link sweet Italian sausage

1. Brush peppers with oil, season with salt and pepper and grill.
2. Grill sausage until cooked through.
