Avocado Salsa

• 1 Hass avocado
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cilantro leaves
• 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
• salt

1. In a blender, combine the avocado with the water, cilantro, and lime juice and season with salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
