Farfalle Pasta with Salmon and Vodka
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 30 milliliters Rapeseed Oil Or Olive Oil
- 180 grams Smoked Salmon, Sliced Into Small Strips
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- 15 milliliters Dry Vodka
- 250 milliliters Cooking Cream
- 300 grams Uncooked Farfalle Pasta
- Chopped Fresh Parsley For Garnish
- Saute onion in a saucepan with oil over medium heat.
- When it becomes soft, add the salmon and let cook for few minutes, adding black pepper and, if needed, salt to taste.
- Pour the vodka in and let the alcohol evaporate, stirring well.
- Add the cream, stir, and let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes over low heat so it thickens.
- Cook the pasta in salty water until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve with fresh chopped parsley on top.
