Hungry Jack Casserole
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 16 ounces, weight Can Of Pork And Beans
- 3/4 cups BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Onions
- 1 can Biscuits
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Brown the ground beef; drain excess grease.
- Put back in skillet along with the pork & beans, bbq sauce, brown sugar, and onion.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Pour into a 9x13 dish.
- Spinkle cheese on top.
- Cut biscuits in half and place on top of of the cheese, cut side down.
- I usually sprinkle a little cheese on top of the biscuits.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
