Bisquick Deepdish Cheesecake Coffee Cake Recipe
- 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk Cheese filling (below)
- 1/4 c. Strawberry, apricot or possibly raspberry preserves
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2.
- Mix baking mix, margarine and lowfat milk; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
- Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix.
- Knead 30 times.
- Pat dough proportionately into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9x1-1/2 inch round pan.
- 3.
- Prepare cheese filling: Beat all ingredients with hand beater till smooth.
- Pour over dough.
- 4.
- Bake till edge is golden and filling is set, about 30 min.
- Cold 10 min.
- Spread with preserves.
- Serve hot.
- 8 servings.
