Marinated Turkey Breast
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 -4 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 lbs turkey cutlets, approximately, trimmed to a uniform size
- Place all the ingredients in a zip-top bag and toss the turkey around in marinade to coat the turkey.
- Close the bag and place in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours turning once.
- Heat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray.
- Place turkey on heated grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once.
