Pink Lemonade Cosmopolitan

• 2 ounces good vodka
• 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Pink Lemonade (page 241)
• Dash of Triple Sec
• Dash of Simple Syrup (page 281)
• Twist of lemon zest

1. Combine the vodka, pink lemonade, Triple Sec, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour over ice in a martini glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
