Tuna Potato Chip Casserole Recipe
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 (6 1/2 or possibly 7 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/2 c. slightly crumbled potato chips
- In 1 qt casserole, blend soup and lowfat milk; stir in tuna, Large eggs and peas.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till warm; stir.
- Top with potato chips.
- Bake 5 min more.
- Makes about 4 c..
