Healthy Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Smoothie

  1. Make a cup of hot water and add in two packets tea.
  2. Any tea will good but I prefer Chai tea.
  3. Wait until cool.
  4. Add tea, cinnamon, stevia and soy milk to blender.
  5. Add as much cinnamon and stevia to taste.
  6. Add in 1 - 6oz container of yogurt, I used blueberry.
  7. Measure out two cups of strawberries, add to blender.
  8. Also add chopped up banana.
  9. For an extra health boost, add in two tablespoons strawberry/banana flavored flax oil.
  10. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
