Egg Salad to Go

  1. Cut 1 egg in half; discard yolk or reserve for another use.
  2. Chop remaining whole egg and egg white; place in small bowl.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except crackers; mix well.
  4. Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
