Roasted sausage and potato casserole
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 packages maple breakfast sausage
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 Italian and herb seasoning
- Wash, peel and dice potatoes
- Fry breakfast sausage and cut in small pieces
- Chop carrots and onions to your liking.
- In large bowl Mix potatoes, sausage, beef broth, onions, carrots, salt and pepper, Italian herb seasoning, and garlic.
- Then transfer to large casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour.
