Roasted sausage and potato casserole

  1. Wash, peel and dice potatoes
  2. Fry breakfast sausage and cut in small pieces
  3. Chop carrots and onions to your liking.
  4. In large bowl Mix potatoes, sausage, beef broth, onions, carrots, salt and pepper, Italian herb seasoning, and garlic.
  5. Then transfer to large casserole dish.
  6. Cover and bake for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour.
