Barbecued Kebabs And Vegetables Recipe
- 12 x ready made beef kebabs
- 6 med egg tomatoes halved lengthways
- 500 gm asparagus halved
- 600 gm c. mushrooms
- 125 gm sun dry tomato butter
- Barbecue (or possibly grill or possibly char-grill) kebabs for 5 min.
- Add in tomato, asparagus, and mushrooms; cook till kebabs and vegetables are browned and cooked as desired.
- Brush kebabs and vegetables with sun dry tomato butter occasionally during cooking.
