Old Glory Gelatin in a Cloud
- 2 gal. hot water (140F to 160F)
- 2 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Red Sugar Free Gelatin
- 2-1/2 qt. sugar-free whipped topping
- 3 qt. fresh strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 qt. fresh blueberries
- Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour into 2 full-size hotel pans (or into 1 full-size hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
- Pipe 1/4 cup whipped topping onto bottom and up side of each of 40 (6-oz.)
- dessert dishes (or onto bottom and up side of each of 10 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
- Combine berries.
- Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Spoon 3/4 cup gelatin into each prepared dessert dish; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
