Old Glory Gelatin in a Cloud

  1. Add hot water to gelatin mix; stir until completely dissolved.
  2. Pour into 2 full-size hotel pans (or into 1 full-size hotel pan for trial recipe).
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until firm.
  4. Pipe 1/4 cup whipped topping onto bottom and up side of each of 40 (6-oz.)
  5. dessert dishes (or onto bottom and up side of each of 10 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
  6. Combine berries.
  7. Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes.
  8. Spoon 3/4 cup gelatin into each prepared dessert dish; top with 1/2 cup fruit.
