Where Theres Smoke, Theres Fire Cocktail

• 2 ounces Del Maguey Mezcal Vida
• 3/4 ounce Thai chili-infused Aperol
• 1/2 ounce smoked housemade maple syrup
• 3 dashes fresh ground sumac and dried Persian lime

1. Combine liquid ingredients in shaker tins and shake vigorously with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled couple glass and garnish with several dashes of ground sumac/dried Persian lime grounds.
