Crispy chilli beef with broccoli
- 250 grams beef frying steak
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 millimeter ginger
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 dash lime juice
- Cut beef into strips and cover with flour.
- Cook beef in lots of oil until it turns dark and crispy.
- Remove beef and most of the oil.
- Add broccoli, garlic, Ginger and chziilli for 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce and sugar together into a paste.
- Add paste and lime juice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beef back to the pan and serve.
