Deviled Eggs w/ Bacon

  1. Put eggs in cold water in pan.
  2. Bring to a good boil for about 20 minutes or so.
  3. While eggs are boiling cook the bacon strips to your liking.
  4. I don't like them too crispy but prefer the thick cut.
  5. Then chop very finely.
  6. Once eggs are boiled.
  7. Cool them off by soaking them in cold water, then remove shells.
  8. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.
  9. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, cayenne powder and chopped bacon.
  10. Then spoon in to the hard boiled egg whites.
  11. Remember, bacon goes with just about everything.
