Shrimp Or Crab Dip Recipe
- 6 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
- 4 tbsp. cool water
- 6 ounce. shrimp or possibly crab
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Mash cream cheese, add in all ingredients, except soup, gelatin and water.
- Soften gelatin in cool water.
- While gelatin is softening, heat soup till hot.
- Add in gelatin to soup; stir till melted.
- Turn into mold and chill about 24 hrs.
- Serve with Ritz crackers or possibly chips as a dip.
