Turkey Teriyaki
- 14 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 lb turkey breast, cut in strips
- cooking spray
- 1 -2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup peas
- Combine sherry, soy sauce, water, mustard, ginger, garlic and orange zest.
- Pour over turkey and toss to coat.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray.
- Add sesame oil and stir fry the turkey 2-3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and peas.
- Serve with rice.
