Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA Skins
- 6 baked baking potatoes (2 lb.), cooled Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
- Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells; cut crosswise in half.
- Discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
- Place shells, skin-sides down, on baking sheet; brush with oil.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Microwave VELVEETA in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
- or until melted, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
- Spoon into potato shells; top with remaining ingredients.
