Sharp Cheddar VELVEETA Skins

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
  3. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells; cut crosswise in half.
  4. Discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
  5. Place shells, skin-sides down, on baking sheet; brush with oil.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. or until golden brown.
  8. Microwave VELVEETA in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
  9. or until melted, stirring after 1-1/2 min.
  10. Spoon into potato shells; top with remaining ingredients.
