Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pie
- 1 pie shell
- 1 34 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup low-fat peanut butter
- 12 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Combine pumpkin, evaporate milk, brown sugar, eggs, peanut butter, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
- Reduce to 350 and bake 40 minutes more.
