Green Hors D'oeuvres Parboiled Spinach with Sesame Seeds

  1. Parboil the spinach with a pinch of salt.
  2. Put in a strainer, briskly rinse with water, squeeze out excess, then put in bowl.
  3. Thoroughly coat with sesame seeds and seasonings, and serve.
