Milk Tea Madeleines
- 1 Egg
- 30 grams Granulated sugar
- 20 grams Condensed milk
- 50 grams Butter
- 60 grams Cake flour
- 3 grams Black tea powder
- 1/3 tsp Baking powder
- Bring the egg to room temperature.
- Combine and sift the flour, tea and baking powder.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Coat the mould with the melted butter and let it chill in the fridge.
- Beat the egg in a bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix with a whisk.
- Add the powdery ingredients, mix well, then add the condensed milk and mix some more.
- Add the melted butter, little by little, and mix.
- Let it sit in the fridge for over an hour.
- Spoon the batter into the mould and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
