Milk Tea Madeleines

  1. Bring the egg to room temperature.
  2. Combine and sift the flour, tea and baking powder.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. Coat the mould with the melted butter and let it chill in the fridge.
  5. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the granulated sugar and mix with a whisk.
  6. Add the powdery ingredients, mix well, then add the condensed milk and mix some more.
  7. Add the melted butter, little by little, and mix.
  8. Let it sit in the fridge for over an hour.
  9. Spoon the batter into the mould and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
