Pecan Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. pecans
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Combine sugar and flour.
- Add in lowfat milk, Large eggs, butter and cook slowly over medium heat till thicken.
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla and pecans.
- Pour into 9 to 10 inch baked pie shell.
- Top with whipped cream, 1/2 pint tops 2 pies.
