Lemon N' Lime Saute

  1. - In a wok, heat oil and fry the chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. - Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes
  3. - Add the broccoli and cauliflower and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. - Add water and soy sauce and season with sugar.
  5. - Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. - Squeeze the lemon and into the vegetables.
  7. - Add the tofu and simmer again for another 1 minute.
