Meat Loaf

  1. Mix meat with onion, celery, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and mustard.
  2. Soak bread cubes in milk and Worcestershire sauce; add eggs, beat with fork until well-blended.
  3. Combine meat and egg mixtures.
  4. Form a loaf, roll in crumbs.
  5. Place in shallow baking dish.
  6. Score tops with handle of wooden spoons; fill in with ketchup.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until juices run clear after loaf is pierced with a wooden pick.
