Meat Loaf
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 slices soft bread, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- Mix meat with onion, celery, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and mustard.
- Soak bread cubes in milk and Worcestershire sauce; add eggs, beat with fork until well-blended.
- Combine meat and egg mixtures.
- Form a loaf, roll in crumbs.
- Place in shallow baking dish.
- Score tops with handle of wooden spoons; fill in with ketchup.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until juices run clear after loaf is pierced with a wooden pick.
