White Chocolate Cream Fudge

  1. Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil over low heat, stirring
  2. constantly.
  3. Cook to 237 degrees on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove
  5. from heat and add marshmallow cream, white chocolate, nuts and
  6. cherries.
  7. Stir until the marshmallow cream and chocolate are
  8. melted.
  9. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
  10. Cool before cutting
  11. into 6 dozen pieces.
