BLT Salad

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp.
  2. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Discard drippings.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise and vinegar in large bowl.
  5. Add bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and croutons.
  6. Toss all ingredients to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve.
  9. Note: You can substitute 1 pound of regular bacon for thick cut type.
  10. Also, you can use cherry tomatoes, halved, instead of grape tomatoes.
