Country-Style Hash Brown Casserole
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (30 oz.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix soup and sour cream in large bowl until blended.
- Add potatoes, cheese, onions and peppers; mix well.
- Spoon into 2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
