Raspberry Marshmallow Bread
- 1 package yeast, active dry
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 23 cup water
- 1/2 cup raspberry sauce heated
- 10 ounces raspberries frozen
- Place the first 9 ingredients into the pan in the order listed, set darkness control at 11 o'clock.
- Selectwhite bread and push "Start.
- " Add the reserved, well-drained raspberries (2/3cup) when the breadmaker "beeps," 88 minutes into the cycle.
