Quick Shrimp, Asparagus & Parmesan Rice Skillet

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add shrimp, asparagus and lemon zest; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until asparagus is crisp-tender and shrimp turn pink.
  6. Add broth and milk; stir.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Stir in rice; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Stir in cheese; cover.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
