Barbecued Pork Chops And Sauerkraut Recipe
- 1 can (Large) Sauerkraut, Liquid removed
- 1/2 box Light Brown Sugar
- 6 x Pork chops, at least
- 1 lrg Bottle Hickory smoked BBQ sauce
- Put kraut in large pan; cover with brown sugar.
- Put chops on top of kraut; cover with plenty of BBQ sauce.
- Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Uncover, turn chops; add in more BBQ sauce.
- Re-cover, bake for another 45 min.
- Uncover, add in a little more BBQ sauce.
- Leave uncovered, and bake at400 degrees for 30 min.
