Barbecued Pork Chops And Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Put kraut in large pan; cover with brown sugar.
  2. Put chops on top of kraut; cover with plenty of BBQ sauce.
  3. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  4. Uncover, turn chops; add in more BBQ sauce.
  5. Re-cover, bake for another 45 min.
  6. Uncover, add in a little more BBQ sauce.
  7. Leave uncovered, and bake at400 degrees for 30 min.
