Baked or Frozen Chocolate Balls
- 1 White bread, cut into 6 pieces (or bread crusts)
- 60 grams Milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream (or soy milk)
- Use your hands to tear the bread into tiny pieces as small as possible.
- It doesn't have to be pretty!
- Add the ingredients to a bowl, microwave for 40-50 seconds, then mix.
- Add bread to the bowl and mix together.
- Once the mixture has completely cooled use your hands to roll into small balls.
- Refrigerate and they're done!
- For Baked Chocolate: In Step 2, once you've formed balls, flatten with a spoon.
- Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 20 minutes.
- This cooked chocolate is similar to Galbo chocolate.
- Crispy, but the chocolate is moist.
- Warning: either method, you'll find yourself addicted to these!
