Mexican Spiced Creamy Artichoke & Spinach Dip

  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. drain spinach well add to a bowl, chop all items needed add to bowl with all seasonings.
  3. Drain & wash your artichokes, chop & add to bowl.add in 1/2 bag of cheese, parmesan cheese, oaxaca cheese, mayo, sour cream,& diced green chilies mix well.
  4. I used a deep dish pie pan but u can use any size casserole dish.
  5. top with last of mixed cheese, & sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake 25-30min
