Blackberry Angel Cake Recipe

  1. Dissolve the jello in 1 c. warm water, add in juice from Blackberries.
  2. Cold till it starts to gel.
  3. Whip luntil frothy and add in whipped cream.
  4. Chill and when stiff sufficient, mix in raspbherries.
  5. Fill center of cake and frost top and sides with remaining mix.
  6. Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
  7. Can be made a day ahead.
  8. You may substitute frzn strawberries.
