Blackberry Angel Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Blackberry jello
- 1 pt Frzn Blackberries, thawed & Liquid removed -- reserve juice
- 1 pt Heavy cream -- whipped
- 1 lrg Angel food cake
- Dissolve the jello in 1 c. warm water, add in juice from Blackberries.
- Cold till it starts to gel.
- Whip luntil frothy and add in whipped cream.
- Chill and when stiff sufficient, mix in raspbherries.
- Fill center of cake and frost top and sides with remaining mix.
- Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- You may substitute frzn strawberries.
