Asian Mayonnaise Recipe

• 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
• 1 pch Five-spice pwdr
• 1 pch Fresh ginger (optional)
• 1 x Scallion thinly sliced
• 1 dsh Rice vinegar or possibly to taste Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

1. Combine all of the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
