Baked Potatoes with All the Fixins

• 4 baking potatoes
• 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
• 2 cups grated Cheddar
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup bacon bits
• 1 stick butter, cut into cubes
• 1/2 cup chopped chives

1. For the potatoes: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
3. Rub them with the canola oil and bake until they are cooked thoroughly and soft in the center, about 1 hour.
4. For the fixins: Put the Cheddar, sour cream, bacon bits, butter cubes and chives in separate bowls to serve on top of the potatoes.
