Sundried Tomato, Olive & Parmesan Bruschetta

  1. PREHEAT the oven to 400F.
  2. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. MIX the cheese, tomatoes, and olives together in a large bowl with a fork so they are completely combined.
  4. REMOVE the hot bread from the oven and immediately rub it with the fresh cut side of the garlic clove.
  5. Then spread it a little bit of the olive tomato mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle with a little olive oil if needed, and serve!
