Sundried Tomato, Olive & Parmesan Bruschetta
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large garlic clove, cut in half
- 4 oz. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz. sundried tomatoes, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 oz. sliced green olives
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- PREHEAT the oven to 400F.
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- MIX the cheese, tomatoes, and olives together in a large bowl with a fork so they are completely combined.
- REMOVE the hot bread from the oven and immediately rub it with the fresh cut side of the garlic clove.
- Then spread it a little bit of the olive tomato mixture on top.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil if needed, and serve!
