Apple Cake

• 4 cup Chopped green apples
• 2 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 1 tbsp Rum concentrate
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Wesson Oil
• 2 cup Cake Flour
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Finely ground walnuts or pecans
• 1 cup Raisins

1. Mix together apples sugar vanilla run.
2. Let this mixture stand Beat two eggs and add apples then oil.
3. Sift together dry ingredients and add to apple mixture Add almonds, nuts and raisins if you want .
4. Pour into greased and floured pan bake 350for 45 min.
5. Convection oven 325 35 minutes
