Sausage-Rice Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook rice according to directions on box.
  3. In a heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until thoroughly done, about 4 to 5 minutes; drain.
  4. Combine all ingredients except butter and pour into casserole dish.
  5. Dot top with butter.
  6. Bake until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
