Roast Beef in a Wine and Onion Sauce

  1. Set your pressure cooker or regular pot to a medium heat setting.
  2. Add the olive oil.
  3. Peel and chop the onions in half.
  4. Peel the garlic and leave whole.
  5. Add the beef to the pan and turn for a couple of minutes until golden.
  6. Add the onion, the garlic, the wine, vinegar, the stock cube and salt to taste.
  7. (Keep in mind the saltiness from the stock and dont get carried away with the salt!
  8. Unless you want to, obviously.)
  9. Finally, add the pepper.
  10. Cover and cook on a pressure cooker for 45 minutes.
  11. or on a low heat setting for about 2 hours on a regular pot.
  12. Once cooked, set the beef aside and blend the rest (sauce, onions, garlic) together.
  13. Slice the beef and add to the sauce and it is ready to serve!
  14. Accompany with roasted potatoes, vegetables, stuffing ... a delicious and easy-to-make beef recipe!
  15. Enjoy.
