Homemade Sausage

  1. Put pork through fine blade of meat grinder twice.
  2. Put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.
  3. Knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly.
  4. Shape into 36 patties.
  5. Fry at once or freeze.
