Homemade Sausage
- 6 lbs lean pork
- 3 lbs fatty pork
- 14 cup sage
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons cloves, ground
- 2 teaspoons McCormick's seasoning salt
- nutmeg, grated
- Put pork through fine blade of meat grinder twice.
- Put meat in mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.
- Knead well with hands to blend spices thoroughly.
- Shape into 36 patties.
- Fry at once or freeze.
