Carrot Cake With Hot Glaze

  1. Cream 2 cups sugar and oil.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add carrots, flour and salt and stir.
  4. Stir in nuts and bake in 8-inch tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F
  5. Hot Glaze: Heat orange juice and 1 cup sugar.
  6. Bring to a full boil.
  7. Turned baked cake upside down on serving plate, Slowly spoon flilling over top and sides of cake.
  8. Repeaat until all glaze has soaked in cake.
