Red Velvet Cookie Balls

  1. Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and food coloring until blended.
  2. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls.
  3. Freeze 10 min.
  4. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  5. Top with sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
