Baked Potatoes With Bacon And Chives Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 ounce Unsmoked bacon - derinded and diced, (75g)
- 6 ounce Button mushrooms - sliced, (175g)
- 1 tsp Schwartz Onion Pepper
- 1/4 pt Soured cream, (150ml)
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 3 ounce Mature Cheddar cheese - grated, (75g)
- 2 tsp Schwartz Chives and extra to sprinkle
- 4 lrg Freshly baked potatoes
- Heat the oil and fry the bacon and mushrooms.
- Drain any excess liquid.
- Add in the Onion Pepper, soured cream, lowfat milk, cheese and Chives and simmer gently till thickened.
- Top the potatoes with the mix and serve sprinkled with extra Chives.
