Hot and Sticky Chicken

  1. Cut thawed chicken breasts in half longways
  2. Season both sides of chicken to your liking with all the spices.
  3. You can add or take away whatever spices you choose
  4. Wrap one slice of bacon tightly around each piece of chicken.
  5. You can secure with a toothpick if needed
  6. Roll each piece of bacon wrapped chicken into plate of brown sugar
  7. Cook in a preheated 400 oven on a wire grill pan with a drip pan underneath to catch the grease
  8. I like my chicken well done and bacon crispy.
  9. Turn each piece of chicken and broil for about 5 minutes to get some extra crispiness if needed after baking.
