Super EASY Pepper Jack Rice

• 2 cup of uncooked Minute Rice
• 16 oz can of Ortega Chili's
• 2 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
• 2 cup of chicken broth or chicken stock

1. Combine all ingredients into a oven safe dish, mix well, cover bake 30 minutes at 350
