Whole Wheat Or Graham Bread Recipe

• 1 cake yeast
• 1/4 c. lukewarm water
• 1/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. shortening
• 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
• 3 c. whole wheat or possibly graham flour
• 3 c. sifted white flour

1. Mix and bake as for standard white bread.
2. Makes 2 loaves.
