Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Corn-Pepper Relish
- 3 oz. pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/4 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 medium red pepper, seeded, chopped
- 3/4 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 chewy fruit-filled cookies
- Place pork on greased grill over hot coals.
- Grill until cooked through, turning every few minutes and brushing with 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
- Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- Mix beans, corn, red pepper and remaining 1 Tbsp.
- of dressing.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Serve with pork and mashed potatoes.
- Enjoy 2 NEWTONS Fruit Chewy Cookies for dessert.
