Allegheny Squirrel Pie Recipe

  1. Cover meat with water and cook for 1 hour.
  2. Remove and bone.
  3. Add in flour, parsley, salt, pepper, and mushrooms to stock.
  4. Cook to thicken, 5 - 10 min.
  5. Add in meat and pour into 2-qt baking dish.
  6. Top with biscuit mix topping.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees till golden brown, 30 to 40 min.
  8. This recipe yields 1 to 2 servings.
